Submitting an enquiry does not create an order or payment obligation. Scope, price, samples, payment schedule, cancellation rights and any return terms are set out in the quotation or order agreement.
Custom and made-to-specification work
Because customised pieces are produced to an agreed specification, cancellation or return options may become limited after materials are ordered or production starts. Any such limits will be made clear before confirmation.
If something is not right
Contact BEROIA promptly with the project reference, a description of the issue and clear photographs where relevant. We will review the agreed specification and propose an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, correction or refund where applicable.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. The final agreement for each project takes priority where it provides additional protections.
