Delivery method, destination, packaging, insurance where relevant and charges are confirmed before an order is accepted. International duties, taxes or clearance costs will be identified where known and allocated in the written agreement.
Lead times
Production and delivery estimates begin after the specification, sample where required and payment terms are confirmed. Any date remains an estimate until it is expressly agreed in writing.
Delivery access and receipt
The recipient is responsible for accurate delivery information and suitable access. Inspect packaging and goods promptly, keep relevant materials and report visible transit damage or missing items with photographs and the project reference.
Delays
If a carrier or event outside reasonable control affects delivery, BEROIA will share available information and work with the parties involved toward a practical resolution.
